Renovating method for use with buried pipe conduit

A pilot bore is made with a horizontal drilling device (8). A first drilling rod (10) with a drilling head (12) is used. It starts from an entry point (14) in the upper surface of the deposit through the pipe conduit (4) to be renovated to an outlet point (16) on the surface of the deposit. The drill head is then replaced by an expanding body. Its front end is connected with the first drilling rod and the rear end with a second drilling rod. The borehole created by the pilot bore is then widened, between the end (7) of the pipe conduit located in the deposit body (2) and the outlet point, to a specific average diameter. The expanding body is then removed and a new pipe conduit or segments are placed on the first drill bar emerging at the outlet point. The first drill bar is then drawn backwards, drawing the new pipe conduit into that to be renovated.
