Disclosed is a shielding and protective device for wall openings, which has at least two wall sections (7, 8) consisting of vertically and horizontally travelling laminar members (7, 8) between which there is a vertical guide rod (10). When the wall sections are in an engaged travelling position, the vertical guide rod can be handled so as to enable access to the wall opening. The guide rod (10) may be made to slide sideways on one side of the wall sections (1, 2). |
