The ball joint has a neck (12) at its ball end (6), with the socket contg. a ball end portion (1) and a closure (2), each with a partial cavity (5,7) bounding the ball end retaining cavity. After the insertion of the ball end, they can be interlocked. The closure is slidable on the ball end portion between a first arresting position, in which the partial cavities are not aligned, into a second one with mutual alignment. The closure, in sliding direction, has a hole (10) next to its partial cavity (7) with a dia. corresp. to that of the ball end. To the hole is joined a recess in the partial cavity, with width smaller than the dia. of the ball end.
