The display plate includes an advertising plate, which bears information and which at least partly surrounds a bicycle tail lamp or reflector (1). The advertising plate (11) is arranged behind the reflector and is formed as part of a frame, which at least partly borders the reflector. The advertising plate is arranged under a clamping plate (14). The reflector is held in fastening recesses in the clamping plate. The part of the clamping plate opposite the advertising plate is recessed. The clamping plate and the advertising plate are formed as one component (10), which is preferably made of plastics. At least part of the component, particularly in the region of the advertising plate, is stiffened with a rib (12).
