Hemp fibre production process

In a process to treat fresh or silanised hemp fibres the novelty is that: (a) five or more container modules of identical construction, each of which is a discrete biogas reactor and drier, are linked together by the product in their sumps (percolating vegetable juices); (b) the processes in the five container modules are identical but transposed in time; (c) the reactions in the respective containers are started at different times; (d) at any one time, each reactor is in one of four different biogas generation or fibre drying phases; (e) the hemp fibres are dried using energy (electricity and heat) derived from the break-down of the fibres.
