FORCE FEEDBACK MOUSE

A computer interface (20) includes an input device (22) and display (24) connected to a CPU (26). The input device (22) generally comprises a mouse (28) movable along an X-axis or Y-axis, resulting in a corresponding movement of a cursor (36) on the display (24). A pair of motors impart a force upon the mouse (28) along the X-axis and the Y-axis. The motors provide force feedback based upon movement of the mouse (28) and based upon interaction of the cursor (36) with objects (38) displayed on the display (24).
