The present invention relates to a guard rail having a direction guide member. More specifically, the guard rail comprises a bracket (20) mounted on a support base (40) installed on the ground, and a rail (10) mounted on the bracket (20). The guard rail having a direction guide member further comprises a direction guide member (30) which is disposed in the rail (10), comes in contact with edges (10a, 10b) in an inner diagonal direction, and has a bent portion (31) formed by bending both ends thereof to come in contact with an inner surface of the rail (10). When a vehicle collides with the rail (10), a direction in which the rail (10) is dented is guided to move the vehicle in a guided direction to preserve a natural purpose of the guard rail. The guard rail can be inserted into a rail of a conventional guard rail and used to increase economic efficiency. Most of all, when a vehicle collides with the guard rail, a direction in which the rail is dented is guided and a moving direction of the vehicle is guided to prevent the vehicle from escaping to a location other than a road even if a dangerous situation occurs on a corner to maximize safety. |
