The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for treating wound, wherein the method comprises the steps of: arranging a foam dressing on a wound site; sealing the wound site by attaching a film dressing on an adjacent skin of the wound site; reaching the pressure of a sealed space to the target negative pressure by supplying the negative pressure generated from a negative pressure unit into the sealed space formed between the film dressing and the wound site; maintaining the pressure of the sealed space in the target negative pressure for a first setting time; stopping the supply of the negative pressure for a second setting period after the first setting time; and injecting a medicine for administration into the wound site in the second setting time.
