PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of a polyolefin microporous film, by which a charged state of a surface of a polyolefin microporous film is controlled to have a desired distribution.SOLUTION: The surface treatment method of a polyolefin microporous film aims to control a charge distribution on both surface of the film by bringing a first region of one of the film surfaces into contact with a liquid to triboelectrically charge into positive or negative, and charging a second region on the other of the film surfaces opposing to the first region into an opposite polarity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
