PURPOSE:To improve the anisotropy constant in an ultralow temp. region, the density of the residual magnetic flux and the maximum energy product of the obtained titled material by making the specified amount of R (R is Pr), B and Fe the essential components and making an principal phase a tetragonal system compd. CONSTITUTION:The titled material wherein a principal phase consists of a tetragonal phase is obtained by making by atom 10-30% R, 2-28% B and 65-80% Fe the essential components. If necessary, in 10-30% R (R is Pr and Nd), R consists of Pr being >=405 R and the balance Nd. Furthermore 10-30% R (R is Pr, Nd and at least one kind selected from among the rare earth elements contg. Y excepting Pr and Nd) consists of >=80% R1 and the balance R2. But R1 consists of Pr being >=40% R1 and the balance Nd and R2 consists of at least one kind selected from among the rare earth elements contg. Y excepting Pr and Nd. |
