PURPOSE:To provide a recording material capable of obtaining an image excellent in light fastness and having high developed color density by allowing a specific compound and an electron donating dye precursor to coexist. CONSTITUTION:A recording material is prepared by applying microcapsules containing an electron donating dye precursor and at least three kinds of compounds selected from four kinds of compounds consisting of benzotriazole, hindered piperidine, phosphite and hydroquinone to a support. As benzotriazole, for example, there is 2(2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole and hindered piperidine is pref. substituted at its N-position. |
