PURPOSE:To make it easier to confirm the content quantity while suppressing the deterioration of the content by ultraviolet rays to the minimum by a method wherein at least the body part of a plastic container which is used as a pail, etc., is formed to be transparent, and a printing is applied on the specified surface area excepting the bottom surface. CONSTITUTION:A plastic container for holding oil, etc., consists of a body part 1 and a lid part 2, and usually, the lid part 2 is screwed or fitted in the body part 1. For such a container, only the body part 1 is formed to be transparent, and the lid part 2 is formed to be opaque by mixing a white pigment, etc., ultraviolet rays are prevented from permeating the container by applying a printing 1a on 60-90% part (area) of the body part 1 excepting the bottom of the body part 1. A fit-in type pouring port 11 made of a plastic is attached to an opening 2a provided on the lid part 2, by welding by ultrasonic waves. That is, the pouring port 11, a flexible neck part 13 which continues from the pouring port 11, and a welding part 15 for the pouring port including a flange part 14 are welded to the opening 2a. |
