PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the information equipment for health control which can record living body information and quantified life information and enables a user to grasp the relation between the living body information and life information to exercise proper control in daily life and to provide the health control system which allows the user and an instructor to talk about a future plan by using concrete data. SOLUTION: Software for health control stored on a memory card 36 is read out to display an image on an LCD panel 14. The user selects an item of measurement of living body information on the said image and inserts his or her finger into the space part 62 of a support part 60, and then the living body information is detected and stored on an IC card 26 or in a memory. Further, a desired item of life information is selected on the image and then data corresponding to the selected item are stored as life information on the IC card 26 or in the memory. Further, the result of statistical processing using the living body information and life information and advices are displayed on the LCD panel 14. |
