WIND BREAKING WEFT KNITTED FABRIC AND COLD WEATHER CLOTHING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wind breaking weft knitted fabric having wind breaking property and excellent thermal insulation property and wearing feeling without losing excellent properties such as stretchability and bulkiness contained in weft knitted fabric and to provide a cold weather clothing using the wind breaking weft knitted fabric. SOLUTION: This weft knitted fabric has a double loop structure formed by two short fiber yarns in which a short fiber yarn C forming inside of the double loop is constructed by short fiber yarns containing highly shrinking fibers having 15-50% boiling water shrinkage and conjugate fibers having 5-20% boiling water shrinkage, and a short fiber yarn D forming outside of the double loop is constructed by short fiber yarns having <=5% boiling water shrinkage. Further, a cold weather clothing is formed from the knitted fabric.
