发明名称 OXIDIZED PROTECTIVE FILM
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the oxidizing protective performance of coating by prescribing the compsn. of elements composing the coating film. SOLUTION: Oxidized protective film essentially consisting of 1 to 14wt.% B and furthermore contg. 0.1 to 4wt.% C is formed on the surface of a substrate composed of Mo, W, Ta and Nb groups, their alloys or a composite material. It is found that the oxidation resistance of the pure Si-B film is improved only by incorporating a trace amt. of C components as the above manner. C works not only as the alloy element but also as an activator removing oxygen checking the diffusion in the initial stage in the use as the shape of CO or CO2 at the time of high temp. coating. The actual film thickness is suitably regulated to 100 to 300μm. Then, as for the production of the film, it is particularly effective to adopt plasma thermal spraying and slurry coating in the atmosphere.</p>
