<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide driving means capable of each independently driving a rotary blade and a washing rod, and to increase the frictional force of laundry and a stream. SOLUTION: This washing machine is provided with a main body 100, a water tank 200, a washing tank 300, the rotary blade 400 provided on the bottom part of the washing tank 300 for generating a washing stream, the washing rod 430 projected upwards from the center part of the rotary blade 400 freely rotatable independent of the rotary blade 400, a first driving means for driving the rotary blade and a second driving means for driving the washing rod. By providing the first driving means 610 and the second driving means 620 in such a manner, the rotary blade 400 and the washing rod 430 are rotated in directions opposite from each other and thus, a strong stream can be formed. Thus, the frictional force of the laundry and the stream is increased and the washing performance of the washing machine is improved.</p> |
