PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure compact and improve a transmission characteristic via the restraint of a crosstalk across adjacent terminals, regarding a multipolar connector for connecting circuit boards orthogonal with each other. SOLUTION: Regarding a multipolar connector 23 mounted on the end of a circuit board 24 using both sides thereof in such a state as striding over the end, four or more even rows of terminals 231 corresponding to a mating connector 21 are formed for contacts side so that rows of only contacts arranged like an equal-pitch staggered grating symmetrical with the breadthwise center line of insulators 232 for implanting each terminal 231 and connected to signal potential, and rows of at least two contacts striding over the above-mentioned breadthwise center line so as to be connected to earth potential with each contact jointed via a tongue piece 231-5 are alternately arranged. |
