PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a load fluctuation exactly, and also detect exactly a real overcharging condition which is not temporary battery voltage drop due to the load fluctuation. SOLUTION: A minimum value comparison means 83 compares a battery voltage value within prescribed time updated at every prescribed time with a battery voltage minimum value. If the battery voltage value is judged to be smaller than the battery voltage minimum value, a control switching means 86 prohibits feedback control immediately and switches it to open loop control, and then add a targeted air amount by a prescribed amount until a maximum value comparison means 85 judges the battery voltage value to be larger than the battery voltage maximum value. |
