PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a nursing person for bathing of a patient etc., by equipping the unit with an erecting cylinder in the vicinity of the boundary of a washing place and the bathtub, retaining a support arm bar on the cylinder movably in the circumferential direction and the free end of the support arm bar vertically movable, and suspending a seat to support a bather on the free end tip. SOLUTION: A cylinder 6 is perpendicularly erected in vicinity of the boundary of a washing place 2 and a bathtub 3, the upper end of the cylinder 6 is screwed to a ceiling panel 5 and the lower end to wainscot of the washing place 2. A sheath tube 73 axially attached vertically movably on the fixed end 71, the fulcrum, of an almost chevron shaped support arm bar 7 is fit ratably in the circumferential direction on the outside of the cylinder 6. Hooks 75 are extended from both tip ends on the free ends of a reverse Y-shaped support arm bar 7, and rings 91 equipped on four corners of a seat 9 are engaged with those hooks 75 to suspend the seat 9 so as to support a bather in a sitting posture. Thus, a load on a nursing person for a patient, etc., can be reduced. |
