PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device having low power consumption and capable of effective mounting, along with an optimum through rate. SOLUTION: A plurality of output buffers B3 in a parallel configuration are constituted at the last stage of a buffer circuit of a digital integrated circuit in a semiconductor integrated circuit device LSI. An output switch circuit is provided for switching the output buffers B3 . The output buffers B3 are selectively operated by the output switch circuit SW according to an outer load of the semiconductor integrated circuit device LSI to change the performance of the output power.
