PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the immediacy for a perusal by preparing a means in a server system to transfer the data on the requests for participation in a meeting and producing the participation certificate data on the meeting based on the participation request data to transfer the certificate data to a client system via the server system. SOLUTION: A server 101 carries out its due processing by a CGI(common gateway interface) program 201 accordant with a protocol called CGI. For data registration, relevant data are transferred to the server 101 from a client 102 via a network and the data are written into a data file 202 by the program 201. For data retrieval, the data are read out of the file 202 by the CGI program 201 and a shaped contents of the data are transferred to the server 101 and the client 102 for display. In addition, the participation certificate data, the paper acceptance data, etc., are also transferred to the client 102 as necessary. |
