PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device where an opening/closing member closing the toner discharge port of a toner box is made compact and soiling caused by toner is prevented even during operation opening/closing a toner box opening/closing member and a developing case or opening/closing a shielding member, and to provide a toner filling cartridge for a developing device accurately engaged with a developing case opening/closing shielding member. SOLUTION: A toner box 200 is rotatably mounted at a toner developing device 10, and the projecting part 11 of the developing device 10 and the engaging surface 512 of the toner box 200 are engaged, so that the toner box 200 is rotated. Thus, the toner discharge port and a toner introducing port are aligned, and also the projecting part provided at the toner box is engaged or separated with/from the shielding member of the developing device, so that the toner introducing port is opened and closed. |
