PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain sealing performance for a long time, by providing an inner ring by which the diameter of a pipe member pressure-fitted by the swelled part of a periphery is enlarged, a joint main body which forms a primary seal part by bringing the end surface of the inner ring into contact with an socket, and a cylindrical groove part which forms a secondary seal part by pressure-fitting the inner ring to the end part of the joint main body. SOLUTION: An inner ring press-fit part 14 is pressure-fitted in one end part of a pipe member 12, the circumferential wall part of the pipe member 12 corresponding to the swelled part 15 of the inner ring press-fit part 14 is enlarged, the inner ring press-fit part 14 and the circumferential wall part are integrally connected to each other, the pushing in part 16 of the pipe member 12 is inserted in the socket 4 of a joint main body 1, and an inner ring cylindrical seal part 18 is traveled toward a cylindrical groove part 10 on a joint main body 1 side. Next, a pushing ring 3 loosely fitted to the pipe member 12 is screwed in the joint main body 1, and the cylindrical seal part 18 is pressure-fitted in the cylindrical groove part 10, so that surface pressure in the diametral direction is generated, thus an axially long secondary seal part 7 can be formed. Further, an inner ring projected inner end surface 17 is brought into contact with the annular seal end surface 6 of the socket 4, so that axial surface pressure is generated between the inner end surface 17 and the end surface 6, thus a primary seal part 5 can be formed. Therefore, excellent sealing performance can be secured. |
