PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell structure containing bioceramics useful as biomaterials for reconstruction of bone injury location in a living body, etc., having a good bioactivity for tissues, a practical strength and a shape keeping properly over several months in vivo, and disappearing, as a whole, by replacement with bone tissue at the last stage, and a process for preparation thereof. SOLUTION: A decomposition absorbable polymer in vivo is dissolved with a mixed solvent of a solvent of the polymer and nonsolvent the boiling point of which is higher than the solvent of the polymer, and a suspension in which bioceramics powder is dispersed is prepared, then the mixed solvent is vaporized from the suspension at a temperature lower than the boiling point of the solvent of the polymer, and the decomposition absorbable polymer in vivo containing the bioceramics powder inside is precipitated. By the process specified above, a cell structure having continuous pores and containing bioactive bioceramics powder inside is formed. |
