<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop data transmission from being interrupted by preventing bus resetting from being caused halfway in the data transmission. SOLUTION: A data transmission detecting device 5 detects whether or not there is a node in process of data transmission from the data of a link layer IC2. When there is the node in process of data transmission, the data transmission detecting device 5 outputs a lock control signal to a socket 4. Consequently, a lock/unlock device 8 inhabits a plug 10 from being inserted or extracted. Therefore, no bus resetting is caused during the data transmission, which is therefore never interrupted.</p> |
