PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated metal plate used for heat resistance, beauty sheathing or rustproofness of a metal can material for such as soft drink, beer or canned food and a metal container obtained by molding the metal plate in a can state. SOLUTION: The laminated metal plate is obtained by the steps of using a polyester film 1 containing polyester as a main body and a polyester-polyether block copolymer of a specific amount mixed in terms of polyether component and having a glass transition temperature of 60 deg.C or higher as a base layer, forming a printing ink layer 2 on the film 1 to form a laminated film, and laminating the laminated film on a metal plate M via an adhesive layer 3 made of hardening resin. The laminated metal plate is molded in a can state.
