PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a shearing force in a simple structure without use of a special material or a special structure, by tilting the mutual contact faces of nearly square or triangle boards having a specified size, by a specified angle and twisting the contact face from one end to the other end. SOLUTION: A plurality of support beams 10 made of H-shaped steel are arranged at every specified distance. And nearly square plates 11 having a specified size are laid on the support beams. When these plates 11 are put on the support beams 10, two sides 11c, 11d except two sides 11a, 11b are inclined by a specified angleθand the shape is twisted from the one end to the other end. These plates 11 are connected to each other so that the two sides 11c, 11d are arranged to contact the mutual faces. Accordingly, when they are used with mutual contact faces, as shearing forces are transferred by the contact friction, any deviation in the joints of the mutually connected plates 11 is not brought.
