PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively prevent a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet from adhering to the inner surface of a packaging material to thereby enable the sheet to be easily pulled out for use. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is formed on the surface of a separator 5 which comprises a plastic sheet, etc., and of which the surface has been treated so as to be readily peeled from the adhesive layer 4. On the layer 4 is superposed a woven fabric 3 (roughness-forming member) having a reticular structure comprising interlaced threads made of any of various plastics or cotton and having openings 13 at regular intervals. A sheet-form or filmy support 2 is superposed on the fabric 3, thus giving the objective pressure-sensitive sheet 1 in which the back side of the support 2 has a roughness with the height of 130μm to 1mm.
