PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently generating heat via an electromagnetic wave by cladding the outer bottom of a non-electromagnetic cooker with a phonograph record type stainless steel plate. SOLUTION: This utensil or the like is constructed to have the innumerable number of holes with breaking-through standing parts 4 through a phonograph record type stainless steel plate 2 having an opening at the center to generate heat on an electromagnetic wave, along one side of the steel plate 2 and at right angles therewith. Thereafter, the steel plate 2 so formed is forcibly secured to the required part of the outer flat bottom of a cooking utensil made of nonmagnetic metallic material, by use of a press or the like. In this case, the opening is formed to have an effect capable of coping with a change due to the elongation of the steel plate 2 and the nonmagnetic material heated with the electromagnetic wave. |
