<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip part and its manufacturing method making the outer surface of the chip part hardly adhere to the inner wall of a carrier tube by reducing the contact area between the inner wall of the carrier tube and the outer peripheral surface of the chip part. SOLUTION: Flange parts 13c are formed on both ends of a chip part 13. When the chip part 13 is shifted in the carrier tube 14, the outer surfaces of the flange parts 13c hit the inner wall 14 of the carrier tube 14 so as to reduce the contact area between them. Accordingly, the adhesion between the inner wall 14a and the chip part 13 can be avoided not to cause the clogging of the chip part 13 thereby enabling the chip part 13 to be shifted to a printed substrate without fail.</p> |
