摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the two-dimensional distributing state of the mass flow rate or the volume flow late of the atomization of a liquid atomization device. SOLUTION: Liquid is atomized from a liquid atomization device 1 toward a measuring plate 6 arranged in two dimensions through measuring holes in inverted cone shapes. The pressure at the side of the outlet port of each measuring hole of the measuring plate 6 is reduced, and the atomization distribution state of the liquid atomization device 1 is adjusted to the approximately same state when the measuring plate 6 is absent. A constant voltage is applied on an electrothermal body provided at the outlet port of each measuring hole of the measuring plate 6. The atomized particles, which fall down through the cone surface of each measuring hole of the measuring plate 6 and flow out from the outlet port, are brought into contact with the electrothermal body at the outlet port and heated. The current value flowing through each electrothermal body is detected. The temperature of each electrothermal body and the input electric power to each electrothermal body are obtained from each current value. The mass flow rate or the volume flow rate of the dropped atomized particles dropped into each measuring hole is obtained from these values.</p>
