摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally deal with a person handicapped in sight with satisfactory service correspondence by immediately sensing a manipulating position by receiving skin feeling information outputted from a manipulator when an operator gets closer to the manipulator. SOLUTION: The position of a hand 16 is recognized by processing the image of position of the hand 16 from an image caught by a camera 17 through an image processing part 18, further, the position of the hand 16 is compared with the position of an entrance/exit 13 as the difference of position data by a position comparator part 19, a guide part 20 outputs guidance from this compared result so as to guide the position of the hand 16 to the entrance/exit 13, and series of induction guidance is controlled by a CPU 21. This induction guidance is reported by skin feeling information suitable for the person handicapped in sight while being detectable by skin feelings such as air blowing pressure, warm air, cold air, air quantity change, temperature change, radiation of heating value and generation of vibrations. Thus, when the person handicapped in sight approaches an ATM, the approach to the operating position is easily known by sensing the skin feeling information outputted from the ATM, and the blind search of the entrance/exit 13 is unnecessitated.
