PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a natural mineral food, having high safety for a human body and good in absorbability. SOLUTION: This method for producing a natural mineral food comprises heating an organism containing one or more kinds of minerals at a temperature below the boiling points of the minerals to be extracted and collected in the minerals, thereby making the minerals having the boiling points exceeding the heating temperature remain and removing the minerals and organic components having the boiling points below the heating temperature or extracting and collecting specific minerals from a predetermined single kind of organism or predetermined plural combined kinds of organisms, extracting and collecting other kinds of minerals from an organism separately therefrom and mixing both the minerals or mixing many organisms containing the respectively different kinds of minerals and simultaneously extracting and collecting the many kinds of minerals from the mixture of the organisms. |
