PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the generation of short-circuit due to fall and peeling of the active material by carrying an active material mix layer, which includes the fluororesin group binder in the condition that concentration thereof becomes higher as it comes close to a surface layer, with a conductive board so as to form an electrode. SOLUTION: An electrode is formed by carrying active material mix layer in a conductive board in the condition that the fluororesin group binder is included with concentration gradient so that the concentration becomes higher as it comes close to a surface layer. As the fluororesin group binder to be included in the active material mix layer, fluororesin, which is changed to fiber by the external force, such as PTFE and the copolymer of PCTFETFE- HFP is desirable, and especially PTFE is desirable. In a positive electrode, in which a positive electrode active material mix layer 32 is carried by a conductive board 31 with the three-dimensional net structure, content of PTFE is gradually reduced toward a center part 31a of the conductive board 31 from a surface 32a of the positive electrode active material mix layer 32. |
