PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform classified collection corresponding to material of a cut carrier tape while an attaching position of a carrier tape, housing an electronic part, to an electronic part supply device being as conventional, with no constraint. SOLUTION: An empty carrier tape 23 is cut with fixed blades 33 and 34 engaged with blades 31 and 32 on the advancing-limit side and returning-limit side, respectively, of a movable blade 30, and, under the engagement points of the blades 31, 32 on the advancing-limit side and the returning-limit side of the movable blade 30 and the fixed blades 33, 34, dust boxes 37 and 38, in which a partition is put in so that the cut carrier tape 23 is collected while classified corresponding to its kinds, are assigned. |
