PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a electrophoresis separation detector which can perform high sensitive measurement. SOLUTION: This detector is provided with an electrophoresis part including multiple migration paths 1 through which samples identified with various markers migrate, devices (4, 4', 15, 16) which radiate laser light to given positions away from the electrophoresis starting points in the multiple migration paths 1, and a detector part (5 to 9) which detects fluorescence emitted from a marker by radiation of laser light. In this case, the detector part consists of a spectrum device 6 for separating the fluorescence emitted from given positions and a component 8 for imaging the separated fluorescence into a light detector 9, which is composed of a two-dimension light detector or several line sensors. Therefore, fluorescence signals can be measured simultaneously without separating them in relation to time, and the amount of receiving lights increases. |
