PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem from occurring, by automatically selecting a communication control server whose power supply should be stopped, from a plurality of communication control servers receiving power supplied from an emergency power source facility.SOLUTION: A power source management device transmits, through a communication control server, a confirmation signal to a communication channel to which a terminal is to connected (S1); and receives, through a communication control server, a response signal transmitted from a terminal in use (S3). The power source management device calculates an index value showing the number of response signals received through one communication control server (S5); and determines whether or not the index value is equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold (S7). The power source management device, when the index value is equal to or lower than the threshold (S7:YES), selects the communication control server as a communication control server to which power supply should be stopped (S9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
