PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a power loss at an initial stage, to secure sufficient adhesion and to provide reliability for a long time by setting the average crystal grain diameter of a material constituting an outer peripheral part to be not more than a prescribed value in a photovoltaic element and setting the thickness of the outer peripheral part to be the range of prescribed % of the diameter of an electrode member. SOLUTION: For making the electrode, a silver pipe is engaged and coated on a copper wire in a core part 101. A wire drawing device generates a copper- silver clad wire. At that time, the film thickness of a silver clad coating is adjusted to 10%-20% of the electrode member. The average crystal grains of silver in the copper-silver clad wire are set to be not more than 2μm. Then, an application device only for a enamel wire applies a conductive resin layer 103. Then, unnecessary conductive resin is removed by using dies after application and it is dried without hardening through a drying furnace. Then, it is wound on a reel bobbin. Thus, the uniform conductive resin layer 103 without a pin hole is formed in the electrode. |
