PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the danger of injuring a chest region and a neck region at the time of a collision by providing a force limiting device provided with an energy dissipating member in a force transmission path of a keep belt. SOLUTION: A U-shape receiving member 7 is fitted to a rear side upper end part of a seat back 5. The receiving member 7 has two backward extended support parts 9, 11, and a belt drum 13 is rotatably fitted in two support parts 9, 11 and between the support parts 9, 11. Keep belts in the form of lateral shoulder belts 15, 17 are locked onto the belt drum 13. A torsion rod 25, an energy dissipating member, is arranged in the belt drum 13 coaxially with the belt drum 13. A first end part connected to the support part 11 of the torsion rod 25 is connected to an infant seat 1, and a second end part combined with the support part 9 is connected to the belt drum 13 to realize a force limiting device. |
