PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating electrode device having less uniformity in heating while smoothly transmitting and receiving radio waves.SOLUTION: A heating electrode device includes: a plurality of bus bar electrodes (21) disposed with a space therebetween and forming a pair; and a heating part (22) disposed between the plurality of bus bar electrodes. In the heating part, a heating conductor is formed in a mesh, the heating conductor including a plurality of heating strips (23) in each of which an outer profile line shape of the mesh extends in a longitudinal direction to be formed in a strip shape. The plurality of heating strips are arranged to form a space (25) in a direction different from the longitudinal direction of the heating strips.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
