<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense a touch without being affected by a light hand touch on the panel, the sticking of a small amount of foreign matter on the panel, etc. SOLUTION: When electric signals ET1 and ET2 having a phase difference are inputted to between an electrode T1 and a ground electrode GT, and an electrode T2 and the ground electrode GT through a phase shifter ST, a unidirectional elastic wave is excited in a two-layered structure part LT. The elastic wave is propagated to a two-layered structure part LR through a glass plate 1 and outputted as electric signals ER1 and ER2 from between an electrode R1 and a ground electrode GR, and an electrode R2 and the ground electrode GR and passed through a phase shifter SR, so that they are detected as a single electric signal ER having no phase difference. When a touch on a glass plate 1 is made, the electric signal ER is ceased to exist or attenuated.</p> |
