PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic vibration pump which can improve performance of the pump. SOLUTION: This pump is constituted so as to drive a diaphragm 16 connected to a vibrator 3 by its electromagnetic vibration based on magnetic mutual action between an electromagnetic coil 2 winding a coil 5 and the vibrator 3. Here, the vibrator 3 comprises a disk-shaped permanent magnet 6, cup-shaped pole piece 8 fixed to both end surfaces of the permanent magnet 6 to be provided with a ring-shaped permanent magnet 7 in the periphery and a rod 9 inserted through the permanent magnet 6 and the pole piece 8. |
