PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and plate for charging motor-driven vehicle by which the battery of a motor-driven vehicle can be easily charged when the vehicle is simply parked at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: A charging system 10 is constituted of a motor-driven vehicle and a charging plate 20. The vehicle is provided with a stand 52 for fixing the vehicle and/or preventing the overturning of the vehicle and the stand 52 is provided with contacts 42 and 42a for charging at the part of the stand 52 which comes into contact with the ground surface when the vehicle is parked. The contacts 42 and 42a are electrically connected to the input contacts 46 and 46a of a battery relay 40. The plate 20 is installed to a parking lot for motor-driven vehicle and provided with feeding contacts 21 and 21a at positions where the contacts 42 and 42a of the stand 52 come into contact with the plate 20. The contacts 21 and 21a are connected to a power source, such as an AC power source, etc. The contacts 21 and 21a of the plate 20 are covered with pressure sensitive rubber 24 according to need. |
