The device features, integral with the front part (1) of a setting out body (2), a closed flexible tank containing a liquid or an aeriform substance. Said tank consists of two half-parts (3) having a symmetric transversal position and communicating one with the other through an intermediate duct (4) where the liquid or gaseous contents is caused to pass with a forced stepless circulation from one half-part to the other due to the pressure exerted on them by the backwards or forward pushing movement of the lying patient's feet. Variable prolonged stresses of the rete venosum plantare of the feet as well as the contraction of the calf and thigh muscles result from said backwards and forward advance movements produced by the graded contrasting pressure exerted by the to half-part (3) under the up and down pushing impulse. Each half-part alternatively passing from an outward curved wall to a convex wall according to the emptying times related to the flow speed in duct (4).
