PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure so as to reduce cost, and to perform the accurate positioning of a fitting part and a connecting part by providing a positioning projection in a terminal fitting part, and aligning the fitting parts, and while exposing the fitting part and the connecting part so as to be held by insert molding. SOLUTION: A terminal assembly is formed of plural terminals 2, 2' and an insulating housing 4 for holding these terminals. The housing 4 is formed by insert molding at an intermediate part of the terminals 2, 2'. One end of each terminal 2, 2' has a long and narrow fitting part 8, 8' to be soldered to a board, and the other end thereof has a connecting part 6, 6' to be inserted into a hole of other part. The connecting parts 6, 6' are folded in the opposite direction, shearing a plate material, and have a compliant part having elasticity in the direction crossing the axial direction of the terminals 2, 2'. |
