<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the highly accurate arrangement of an arraylike light emitting means at the predetermined position without carrying out an experience-requiring positional adjusting work by a method wherein the array- like light emitting means is fixed in the predetermined positional accuracy to the positioning part of a positioning means. SOLUTION: This exposure device consists of a fixing means for fixing an arraylike light emitting means in the predetermined positionnal accuracy to the positioning part of a positioning means. The positioning of a semiconductor laser array package 5 is performed by respectively abutting an exit plane against a first datum level 13A by being inserted from the exit plane on the positioning hole 13 of a bracket 12, a plane normal to the exit plane against the first datum level 13A and the planes normal to the exit plane against second datum levels 13B. Under the condition that the pins 15B of a clamp 15 are inserted in the through holes 12B of a bracket 12, by fastening nuts 16 to the threaded parts formed at the tips of the pins 15B at the face opposite to the face, on which the positioning hole 13 of the bracket 12, the four corners of the package are pressed against the abutting surface 15A of the clamp 15 and fixed to the bracket.</p> |
