FIELD: medicine, in particular, complex conservative treatment of scollosis. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing vibratory action upon spine at frequency of 10-50 Hz and amplitude of 1-5 mm; alternatively providing isometric stressing and relaxation of muscles for 5-10 sec. Vibratory action is conducted without spine decompression and is combined with alternative repeated application of horizontal force of 10-40 kg and vertical force during treatment procedure of 2-3 hours, with treatment course involving 15-20 procedures per one month. Treatment courses may be repeated in 3, 6, 9 months. Vibratory action may be combined with manual therapy, massotherapy, magnetic heat therapy electrical stimulation, roentgenotherapy, dietetics, psychotherapy and medical correction of mode of living. EFFECT: increased efficiency in rehabilitation of full-value supporting and motor function of spine. 9 clU
