<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a user's control equipment on-line when trouble occurs by instructing various automatic control equipment or a user of an output of a trouble analysis department or an item which can be processed at a service center itself, and removing a trouble on-line. SOLUTION: When trouble occurs to a robot 1 in operation, a 1st report on the trouble occurrence is sent urgently to the service center 2. Then when a person on duty at the service center 2 tuns on the on-line mode of a robot user 1, a monitor 3 is electrically sent and displayed at a monitor department 4 of the service center 2. Necessary items are inputted to an analysis part 5 and then inputted from the analysis part 5 to an information storage part 6, and then items that can be solved are outputted from the information storage part 6 to automatically repair the control part of the robot 1. When the trouble can not be removed by the information storage part 6, solution information is outputted from the robot maker 7 to the service center 2 to remove the trouble of the user.</p> |
