PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide which is superior in weather resistances such as at high temp. load and high humidity load and of superior dielectric strength by adding a specified amt. of an LiO2 -(Si,Ti)O2 -Al2 O3 -ZrO2 based oxide sub-component to specified main components and making inner electrodes of Ni to Ni alloy. SOLUTION: A ceramic dielectric layer contains an LiO2 -(Si,Ti)O2 -Al2 O3 -ZrO2 oxide sub-component about 0.2-3.0wt.% added to a main component hives by the formula (Re2 O3 is at least one of Eu2 B, Gd2 O3 dTb2 O3 0.0005<=α<=0.027, 0.0027<=β<=0.054, β/α<=5, 1.000<km1.035. This layer will not be reduced even if baked in a reductive atmosphere and inner electrodes can be made of Ni or No alloy. The reduces the cost and ensures a superior weather resonance and dielectric strength. |
