PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the correcting work of a wiring process by inserting a terminal of a wire with terminal into a terminal housing chamber of a connector, which forms a wire harness, and inspecting electrical continuity between this terminal and an electrifying pin provided in a receiver. SOLUTION: Plural intermediate wire bundles S are arranged on a wiring base 1, and each terminal T of the intermediate wire bundles S is inserted into a terminal housing chamber Y, in which a terminal of a connector K is not inserted. The wiring base 1 is provided with a holding unit 2 for holding the intermediate wire bundles S and receivers 3, in which a connector K provided in a terminal of the intermediate wire bundles S is to be installed, and plural electrifying pins are arranged inside of the receiver 3, and these electrifying pins are connected to an electrical continuity tester 5 through a wiring 4 provided in a back side of the wiring base 1. In the electrical continuity tester 5, the information corresponding to the terminal inserting condition for each terminal housing chamber Y of the connector K of the intermediate wire bundles S is previously registered, and the continuity condition between the connector K and the receiver 3 and the registration of a terminal register unit are collated with each other, so as to inspect the continuity of the connector K, and thereafter, plural intermediate wire bundles S are bound for binding. |
